Returns
Return any product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, as long as it is complete and in its original packaging. Book a free courier pickup from My account, or drop it at any store. Refunds are issued within 3 business days of the item arriving at our warehouse; pay-later orders are refunded to your KOKO, Mintpay or Payzy account.
Warranty
Every device includes our 2-year Voltix warranty on top of the manufacturer warranty. If something goes wrong, we arrange collection, repair or replacement — usually within 5 business days.
