The process
From first sketch to final polish
Most commissions take six to eight weeks. You approve every step before we move on.

Week 1
Consultation
Sixty minutes with a designer, in person or by video. Bring photos, sketches or just a feeling — we’ll take it from there.

Week 2
Sketch & 3D render
Hand sketches, then a photoreal 3D render you can turn on screen. Revisions are included until it’s right.

Week 3
Choose your stone
We shortlist three certified stones in your budget and show them on video under daylight and candlelight.

Weeks 4–7
Crafting
Cast in recycled metal, then shaped, set and polished by hand. We send progress photos from the bench.

Week 8
Delivery & lifetime care
Insured delivery or collection from the salon, with certificate, appraisal and lifetime complimentary care.

30% deposit to begin, balance before delivery. Pay in 3 available up to provider limits.

Bespoke questions
How much does a bespoke ring cost?
Commissions start at $2,500 including the stone. Most engagement rings fall between $3,500 and $9,000; we’ll design to your budget and tell you honestly what it can achieve.
Can you reset a stone I already own?
Yes. We inspect it first (free) and tell you if it’s safe to reset. Antique and heirloom stones are welcome.
Can I engrave a bespoke piece?
Of course — inside the band, up to 20 characters, at no extra cost. We send a proof of the lettering before cutting.
What if I don’t love the result?
You approve the 3D render and stone before crafting starts, so surprises are rare. If anything isn’t right on delivery, we remake it.
