All major credit and debit cards, bank transfer and cash on delivery in selected areas. You can also split any order over $100 into three interest-free payments with KOKO or Mintpay.

Choose KOKO or Mintpay at checkout. You pay the first instalment today and the remaining two automatically every month — no interest and no fees when you pay on time.

Finishes and fabrics can be changed free of charge until your order is scheduled for production — usually within 48 hours. Just reply to your confirmation email.

Delivery is free on orders over $750. Below that, courier delivery costs $25 and two-person delivery $79.

For large pieces, a two-person team brings your furniture into the room of your choice, unpacks it, assembles legs and takes all the packaging away for recycling.

In-stock items ship within 3–5 working days. Made-to-order sofas and beds take 6–8 weeks; your product page always shows the current lead time.

Live with your sofa, bed or mattress for up to 100 nights. If it is not right, we will collect it for free and refund you in full.

Every solid-wood frame carries a 10-year warranty against structural defects. Upholstery, mechanisms and finishes are covered for 2 years.

All our sofa and chair covers zip off and can be washed at 30°C on a gentle cycle. Re-fit them while slightly damp for the best shape.
