Returns
Return unworn, non-personalised pieces within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Book a free insured courier from My account; refunds are issued within 3 working days of the piece reaching us, and pay-later orders are refunded to your KOKO, Mintpay or Payzy account. Engraved, resized-to-order and bespoke pieces can’t be refunded unless faulty.
Warranty
Every piece is guaranteed against manufacturing defects for two years, and our lifetime care covers cleaning, polishing and claw checks for as long as you own it.
