Yes — every order ships free, fully insured, and requires a signature on delivery. Most orders arrive in 2–4 working days; made-to-order rings take 10–15 working days and we’ll confirm the date by email.

We deliver insured to 40 countries. Import duties may apply outside Sri Lanka and are shown at checkout where we can calculate them.

Bands, signets and most pendants can be engraved inside with up to 20 characters, free of charge. Add your text in the order notes; we email a proof before cutting, which adds two working days. Engraving is done by hand, so some fonts and very small characters aren’t possible — we’ll tell you if yours isn’t.

Engraved and bespoke pieces are personalised, so they can’t be returned for a refund unless they’re faulty. Everything else can be returned unworn within 30 days for a full refund, with a free insured courier.

Your first resize within 60 days is free. Full-eternity bands are made to size and can’t be resized — please use our free ring sizer first.

Yes. Every diamond is sourced in line with the Kimberley Process and the System of Warranties, and centre diamonds over 0.30 ct have an independent IGI or GIA certificate.

Complimentary cleaning, polishing, claw checks and white-gold re-plating for as long as you own the piece. Visit the salon or book a free insured courier.
